Catherine has been a professional Chef for the last 20 years, delighting customers at some of the best hotels in the Lake district. Catherine will use the freshest local and seasonal ingredients available to create delicious memorable dishes.

Her specialities include delicious focaccia, pugliese (Italian olive bread) and some traditional wholemeal breads, also home made preserves and petit fours. Remember to leave room for dessert as Catherine is renowned for her desserts!

Special dietary or vegetarian requirements can be catered for by prior arrangement.

A Three Course Dinner is available at a cost of £24.00 per person and is served at 7:00pm from a daily selected menu.
