LAKEVIEW is situated in the village of Portinscale which is approximately one mile west of the market town of Keswick, only a 15 minute easy walk into Keswick or 5 minute drive.

From the M6 motorway: Take Junction 40 (Penrith) and head on the A66 towards Keswick and West Cumbria. Go past the first turning for Keswick and straight over the roundabout. Take the second turning on your left signed for Portinscale. LAKEVIEW is 200 yards on the left after the Farmers Arms.

Virgin trains call at Penrith then catch a bus to Keswick.
